Entry list looks like a typical Southern California weekend. Wished we had someone form out of the region other than John.

You always ask such detailed questions and in this case that detail is illusive. I am thinking enough not to win but not so much that you finish last. Maybe a little more details just add enough to finish right behind me.

Yes the polite thing to do is wait to make sure my car is fine. The best way is be behind me and make sure the car is driving ok.

Another option is to show me the correct line by letting me stay close behind you then after a couple of laps wave me past and then stay behind me so you can make sure I have learned the correct line.

Yeah I'm not real good at following. It will be better if you just stay in front of me. But I would like to be on the podium so don't finish lower than second.
